Job summary

Proven Recruiting seeks a Senior SEC/Technical Accountant to strengthen public company reporting in a high-growth biotech environment. You’ll gain exposure to SEC filings, technical accounting, and cross-functional projects under experienced leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of accounting experience, ideally with public company or Big 4 audit exposure.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SEC filings including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and related disclosures
• Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and technical accounting projects
• Partner with internal departments and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Help maintain SOX compliance and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education

The expected range for this role is $100,000-$115,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience
