Job summary

MSI, part of The Baldwin Group, is seeking a Sr Scrum Master to serve as the embedded Scrum Master for Platform Architecture and Infrastructure. You will coach teams, protect capacity, and facilitate ceremonies, helping Agile practices translate into measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Heads of Agile, you will push back on stakeholders, establish cross-team prioritization cadences, and ensure security, risk, and governance requirements are met across Baldwin partner organizations while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an embedded Scrum Master supporting highly technical teams.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams to adopt agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Prioritization gatekeeping: push back on stakeholders and protect capacity.
• Cross-team visibility: coach teams to communicate work and impact.
• Capacity protection: reduce top-down asks to free release-approval time.
• Ceremony-level coaching: run and coach ceremonies tailored to team needs.
• Strategic accountability: report team health and blockers to Heads of Agile.
• Compliance & documentation: ensure adherence to security, risk, and governance requirements.
