The Baldwin Group seeks an embedded Scrum Master to partner with Platform Architecture and Infrastructure teams in a fast-moving, security-conscious environment. You will coach ceremonies, protect capacity, and drive consistent execution of our Agile strategy across multiple teams.

You will mentor other Scrum Masters, facilitate cross-team prioritization, and help translate strategic goals into actionable plans while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and transparent communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an embedded Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting cross-cutting engineering or infrastructure teams.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder alignment skills across units.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps; familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD is a plus.
Experience with cross-portfolio dependency mapping and delivery metrics.
Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM/Advanced SM) preferred.

Responsabilités

Partner with Platform Architecture and Infrastructure to drive Agile delivery and guard capacity.
Facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and tailor practices to team maturity and needs.
Own cross-team prioritization, dependency mapping, and roadmap transparency.
Mentor other Scrum Masters and promote consistent execution of the Agile strategy.
Report on health, blockers, and alignment to the Heads of Agile.
