Job summary

Baldwin Group Colleague is seeking an embedded Scrum Master to support Platform Architecture and Infrastructure. You will drive consistent execution of our Agile strategy, coach ceremonies, and mentor other Scrum Masters across the organization.

Focus is on prioritization, visibility, and protecting capacity while aligning with security, risk, and governance requirements. This role reports to Agile leadership and supports our Enterprise Agile goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in a medium to large tech organization.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and ceremonies.
• Ability to coach cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prioritization gatekeeping: protect capacity for Platform Architecture and Infrastructure and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Cross-team visibility & coaching: facilitate communication of work, roadmap, and downstream impact.
• Capacity protection for bottleneck relief: work with leadership to reduce disruptive top-down asks.
• Ceremony-level coaching: lead and tailor agile ceremonies for each team.
• Strategic accountability: report on team health and adherence to strategic plan.
• Compliance & documentation: ensure delivery routines align with security, risk, and governance.
