Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Scrum Master II to lead agile delivery in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and drive value while coaching one or more teams to become self-organizing and high-performing.

The role emphasizes facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, tracking metrics, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and influence agile culture across the organization.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities as a servant leader.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence various levels in the organization.
• Experience with agile metrics and software development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with the Product Owner to review work and plan ahead for 2–3 sprints of groomed work.
• Facilitates Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and Backlog Grooming; coaches teams to self-organize.
• Shields the team from distractions and removes impediments to ensure successful sprint work.
• Tracks team metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle time) and reports progress to Business and IT leadership.
• Develops and delivers Agile training, workshops, and coaching sessions for delivery teams and business partners.
