Job summary

Smart Caliber Technology is seeking a Salesforce Technical BA/Admin for a 12-month remote engagement. The role covers Marketing Cloud configuration, admin tasks, and BA responsibilities, including requirements elicitation and user-story writing, with hands-on Apex and Flow development.

The candidate will collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and business stakeholders to design, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud and core CRM objects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Admin/configuration experience including Flows and Apex.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
• Strong requirements elicitation and ability to write user stories and BRDs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data mapping.
• UAT, testing, troubleshooting and deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Build/configure Marketing Cloud workflows and automations.
• Manage user authorization, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access management.
• Write/modify Salesforce Flows and Apex classes.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules.
• Conduct requirements elicitation and business process analysis.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and functional/technical requirements.
• Manage Salesforce integrations and data mapping.
• Perform UAT, testing, troubleshooting and deployment support.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and stakeholders.
