Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 12-month remote contract in the United States. You will bridge business stakeholders and development teams, leveraging AI to streamline requirements gathering, documentation, and QA processes.

You will conduct discovery sessions, document sign-offs, and help generate user stories and test scripts using AI tools. Experience with Salesforce configuration and strong client-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in BA, QA, and technical roles.
• Proficiency with AI tools and ability to apply them to business analysis and QA workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience communicating with software developers and technical teams.
• Salesforce platform experience.
