A Little Bit About The Position
Are you a strategic thinker who thrives where technology meets impact? Gemini is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform—driving efficiency, supporting business goals, and delivering user-friendly solutions that make a measurable difference.
In this high-impact role, you’ll manage Salesforce configuration, security, and data integrity while supporting Sales and Marketing with custom Flows, approval processes, dashboards, and full-funnel reporting. You'll also provide user support, training, and drive adoption of best practices and new features to ensure long-term platform value.
As part of the PMO team, you'll coordinate cross-functional program rollouts, create clear process documentation and training materials, and continuously improve systems based on feedback and data. The ideal candidate combines strong product and change management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels. If you're collaborative, detail-oriented, and ready to lead with impact, we’d love to hear from you.
