We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our enterprise-level Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical to scaling and supporting multiple business functions—think Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations—all through a single, unified CRM platform.

You’ll act as the go-to Salesforce expert, overseeing everything from core system architecture and CPQ management to integrations, automation, and stakeholder support. If you're passionate about turning complexity into clarity and driving measurable impact, this role is for you. This position is remote.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full Salesforce platform, managing multi-cloud environments with an eye on performance, governance, and scalability
• Administer and enhance key features including CPQ, automation, community portals, reporting, and workflow optimization
• Support cross-functional teams by delivering solutions that improve sales productivity, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making
• Manage third-party integrations and maintain automation workflows across platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs
• Lead ongoing roadmap planning, release cycles, documentation, and change management

What You Bring

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience supporting multiple teams
• Strong background in CPQ configuration and lifecycle support
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Skilled in Salesforce Flows, permission sets, validation rules, and system automation
• Proven success managing integrations, user enablement, and platform governance

Bonus Points

• Advanced Salesforce certifications (CPQ, Admin, or Architect level)
• Experience with analytics, AI tools, voice solutions, or feedback/survey tools
• Prior experience in SaaS, public safety, or compliance-driven environments
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components a plus
