Isabel Marant in Los Angeles's Melrose Place is seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Associate to welcome clients, offer style advice and drive sales with a polished, customer‑centric approach.

You will uphold brand standards, maintain presentation, build a strong client book and collaborate with the team on merchandising and store operations.

The role offers an hourly rate with commission, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision, life insurance, a 401K and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany clientele during shopping experiences, give style advice and propose alternatives.
• Facilitate the brand's high standards customer service and communicate the brand aesthetic.
• Maintain and apply brand procedures and policies.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Maintain existing and create new strong client relationships / client book handling.
• Participate in maintaining the visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Participate in store maintenance efforts (floor and back‑of‑house).
• Lead by example.
• Duties may include additional tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany clientele during their shopping experience at the store, give style advice, propose alternatives.

• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Maintain existing and create new strong clientele relationships / client book handling.
• Participate to maintaining the visual merchandising as per guidelines.
• Participate to the store maintenance team effort (floor and BOH).
