Isabel Marant is seeking a store-based sales associate at the Melrose Place location in Los Angeles. You will welcome clients, offer style advice, and present alternatives while maintaining the brand’s high service standards.

Key duties include achieving monthly sales goals, building a strong client book, and contributing to visual merchandising and store upkeep. A background in luxury retail and client-focused service is essential.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail, preferably 5+ years.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sales drive with ability to meet monthly targets.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and accompany clientele during shopping at the store, provide style advice and alternatives.
• Maintain brand standards of customer service and communicate Isabel Marant aesthetics.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Build and manage client relationships and keep a client book.
• Support visual merchandising per guidelines and assist store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany clientele during their shopping experience at the store, give style advice, propose alternatives.
• Facilitate the brand's high standards customer service, communicate the brand's aesthetic.
• Always apply and maintain the brand’s procedures and policy.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Maintain existing and create new strong clientele relationships / client book handling.
• Participate to maintaining the visual merchandising as per guidelines.
• Participate to the store maintenance team effort (floor and BOH).
• Lead by example.

Requirements

• Have experience in Luxury retail, 5+ year or more within the Shopping center.
• Have extensive customer service skills.
• Be sales and customer service orientated, highly motivated.
• Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation and good personality.
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be detailed orientated and enthusiastic.
• Be a team player.

This role combines generous hourly rate + commission incentives.
