Isabel Marant on Madison Ave in New York is seeking a seasoned luxury retail professional to welcome clients, provide expert style advice, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s aesthetics and policies.

You will cultivate relationships with high-end clients, participate in visual merchandising, and contribute to maintaining a premium shopping environment. Prior luxury retail experience and a polished, fashion-forward presence are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in luxury retail at a shopping center.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sales and customer-service oriented, highly motivated.
• Fashion aware with impeccable presentation and personality.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and accompany clientele during shopping experience, offer style advice.
• Maintain brand standards of customer service and aesthetics.
• Follow brand procedures and policies.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Build and manage client books and relationships.
• Assist with visual merchandising as per guidelines.
• Support store maintenance (floor and back of house).
• Lead by example.
• Other tasks may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany clientele during their shopping experience at the store, give style advice, propose alternatives.
• Facilitate the brand's high standards customer service, communicate the brand's aesthetic.
• Always apply and maintain the brand's procedures and policy.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Maintain existing and create new strong clientele relationships / client book handling.
• Participate to maintaining the visual merchandising as per guidelines.
• Participate to the store maintenance team effort (floor and BOH).
• Lead by example.

Requirements

• Have experience in Luxury retail, 5+ year or more within the Shopping center.
• Have extensive customer service skills.
• Be sales and customer service orientated, highly motivated.
• Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation and good personality.
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be detailed orientated and enthusiastic.
• Be a team player.

This role combines generous hourly rate + commission incentives.
