Your main responsibilities
  1. Participate in professional development programs to improve knowledge of products, services, and procedures.
  2. Meet or exceed sales and customer objectives.
  3. Negotiate favorable contract terms.
  4. Establish and maintain client relationships.
  5. Analyze customer needs and promote suitable products and services.
  6. Prepare estimates and assist architects/developers with product applications.
  7. Maintain customer information files.
  8. Utilize competitive data for strategic advantage.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives through effective communication.
  10. Manage accounts receivable.
  11. Address and resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or Engineering preferred).
  • Two years of experience in elevator or construction-related industry.
  • Knowledge of products, services, procedures, negotiation, and sales techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and product application experience.
