Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Salary: $120k - $150k DOE + 20% bonus + $900/monthly car allowance

Location/Schedule: work from home when not meeting with customers

Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience focused on baking ingredients/baked goods

What You Will Be Doing

• Create a strategic business plan for the bakery division to boost revenue and market share.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in retail chains, foodservice, wholesale, and bakery outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of bakery products.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and refine product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and execute new initiatives smoothly.
  
  

What You Need for this Position

10+ years of business development or sales experience within the CPG sector, in addition to:

• B.S. in Business, Marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of bakery products and market trends
• Connections with in store bakery buyers
• Ability to discuss the quality of baked goods at a technical level
• Proven success in meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
