Sales Executive Level: $100,800 to $112,000, varies based on experience, plus benefits including commission and 401(k).
Senior Sales Executive Level: $127,800 to $142,000, varies based on experience, plus benefits including commission and 401(k).
This is a territory-based, field sales role supporting customers within the northern Mid-West United States. It offers flexibility to work from home but requires weekly, sometimes daily, travel within the territory. Candidates should reside within the territory, preferably in Michigan or Illinois, such as Springfield, IL, Lansing, Ann Arbor, or Detroit, MI. Travel expenses are covered by Constellation.
Sales Executives/Senior Sales Executives - Building Systems are responsible for closing new Energy Efficiency-focused Infrastructure Renewal and Building Upgrade & Improvement projects. This consultative sales role involves proactive identification, development, and closing of construction-project-based solutions aligned with customer goals in efficiency, resiliency, and sustainability.
