Kate Spade New York is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead on the sales floor and elevate the brand experience. You will drive sales, mentor peers, and partner with store leadership to create exceptional service and storytelling for customers.

As a Senior Sales Associate at Kate Spade New York, you are a leader on the sales floor and a true brand ambassador. You elevate the Kate Spade experience by driving sales, mentoring peers, and partnering with store leadership to create a culture of exceptional service and storytelling. You consistently exceed goals while inspiring customers to explore new possibilities and celebrate every moment. Using emotional intelligence, you personalize experiences, anticipate needs, and guide customers toward unexpected choices they’ll love. You champion omni‑channel, virtual, and social selling initiatives, maintain high energy, and foster an inclusive environment where both customers and team members feel seen and valued.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
