Responsibilities

• Develop safety policies, training courses, and certification programs.
• Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and JHA to identify hazards.
• Create safety learning plans and facilitate safety training.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous safety improvements to reduce workplace injuries.
• Serve as a resource for safety best practices for employees.
• Track safety metrics, trends, and recordable rates.

Requirements

• 5 years of safety experience in a warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (preferred).
• OSHA Safety Certifications (OSHA 30, OSHA 501, OSHA 511, CSP).
• Experience with workplace incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Incident Management Systems (e.g., Gensuite).
• Travel required (30-40%).
