The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) and 6–8+ years in pharmacy contracting, plus exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 8+ years of relevant professional experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in the pharmacy industry with contract implementation/contracting experience.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy, healthplan, and employer contracting terms and regulatory aspects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
