GoodRx is seeking a customer-centric Product Manager to drive engagement on our real-time pharmacy claims adjudication platform. You’ll partner with business teams, analysts, and developers to identify pain points and build tools for our platform and partner integrations.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product management in healthcare, strong data literacy, and excellent communication to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. Some travel may be required.

About the Role: GoodRx is looking for a customer-centric Product Manager to drive engagement with and be responsible for creating valuable new experiences on the pharmacy claims adjudication platform. Working closely with business teams, pricing analysts, and developers, you’ll identify, prioritize, and build tools to solve pain points – both on our platform, and through partner integrations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well versed in data and customer insights, and has experience as a Product Manager in healthcare specifically with retail pharmacies. A passion for patients and improving the healthcare system is a must. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can leverage quantitative and qualitative data and work well with engineers, designers, researchers and data analysts to inform the team’s roadmap. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external stakeholders. Great communication and collaboration skills are required. Candidates need to be comfortable working with industry partners while also representing the needs of the customer to create great experiences. This position will support our real-time claims adjudication platform and the integrated technologies and processes that are key to its success. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve adjudication capabilities, streamline workflows, and deliver a better experience for retail pharmacies and patients. This position requires occasional travel.
Inform and define the vision and strategy for your product area. Define goals and success with clear, measurable objectives and key results. Drive engagement with existing customers by building and delivering thoughtful tools and features to solve real pain points. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and vision, define requirements, and guide the team through the development process. Create well-scoped requirements and stories and prioritize work for teams of engineers, designers and data analysts. Prepare and contribute to product documentation, user documentation, implementation/support resources Execute product commitments effectively to consistently deliver meaningful impact to the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans. Work with data and business intelligence analysts to perform deep data dives to generate actionable insights that inform your product roadmap. Continuously experiment to validate new hypotheses and drive towards your product’s goals. Communicate project updates and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership. Collaborate with customer researchers to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science). 3+ years of product management, business / systems analyst, or project management experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects. Healthcare and pharmacy related experience is strongly preferred. Claims adjudication experience preferred Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving / execution skills around complex problems. Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale product features and improvements, working on new, zero to one initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience writing product features and requirements (including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria) ensuring software engineers and developers have a clear understanding of the requests and business context. A passion for impact and the grit to solve problems in order to drive faster results. Data-driven by default, with demonstrated proficiency using analytics and testing best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership. Willingness to explore and own initiatives outside the scope of your product area. Proven ability to clearly present your team’s work to management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the retail pharmacy space.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices: $86,000.00 - $138,000.00
New York Office: $79,000.00 - $127,000.00
Santa Monica Office: $72,000.00 - $115,000.00
Other Office Locations: $65,000.00 - $104,000.00
