Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is seeking Route Supervisors to be the face of the company, handling dispatch and transportation management while leading our general workforce to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities include supervising drivers, scheduling personnel and equipment, ensuring on-time delivery, enforcing safety and quality standards, and communicating with customers and senior management. Mon-Fri 14:00–22:00 shift.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of experience in a dispatching, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
