Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of Risk Management experience focusing on controls creation, testing, methodology and design best practices.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to mitigate risk and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for controls-related projects and inquiries to provide expert advice on new control builds and modernization of existing controls.
• Drive initiatives to automate and improve control processes where appropriate.
• Develop a scalable controls advisory function and framework to support the GPN business.
• Help ensure alignment of first line controls with regulations, risks, policies, and industry best practices.
• Partner with second and third lines of defense to ensure cohesive control environment.
• Provide oversight to the GPN business on governance framework and embed controls in day-to-day operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all defense lines.
