The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and cross-regional initiatives. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in compensation analytics, a CCP certification (preferred), and a university degree in HR, business, or finance.

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

• Deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness.
• Implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Contribute to regional and global reward initiatives and drive projects.

• Conducts extensive market research to analyze current compensation benchmarks, identify trends and ensure competitive positioning.
• Support design and enhancement of reward strategies, salary structures and pay frameworks.
• Analyze data and generate insights to inform rewards program decisions.
• Collaborates closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to support the design of effective and innovative reward programs.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver integrated reward solutions.
• Deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness
• Implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements
• Contribute to regional and global reward initiatives, leading workstreams and driving successful project delivery where appropriate.

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market research and data analysis.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

• Salary Bridgewater NJ: $127,290 - 170,000 based on experience
• Salary Peachtree City, GA: $117,290 - 156,000 based on experience
• Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 15%
