Job summary

Signify in Bridgewater, New Jersey, is seeking a Sr. Rewards Specialist to lead compensation analyses and shape rewards strategy for a global leader in lighting.

The role emphasizes market research, data analysis, and collaboration with HR to design competitive pay structures and innovative reward programs. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions, deliver dashboards and reporting, and ensure programs comply with governance standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field with market research/data analysis.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conducts extensive market research to analyze compensation benchmarks, identify trends and ensure competitive positioning.
• Support design and enhancement of reward strategies, salary structures and pay frameworks.
• Analyze data and generate insights to inform rewards program decisions.
• Collaborates closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to support the design of effective and innovative reward programs.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver integrated reward solutions.
• Deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness
• Implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements
• Contribute to regional and global reward initiatives, leading workstreams and driving successful project delivery where appropriate.

• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market research and data analysis.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
• Salary: $101,280 – 148,000 based on experience
• Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
