Job summary

Signify is seeking a Finance Business Partner OEM – Global in Peachtree City, GA. You will provide financial leadership, actionable insights, and decision-support to drive profitable growth for the Global OEM business, collaborating with commercial and operational leaders to shape strategy and manage risks.

The role requires 8+ years in finance partnering, strong modeling and forecasting skills, and a CPA/CFA/CMA or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance roles supporting business leaders.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, business case evaluation, financial modeling, and performance management.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly valued.
• SAP S/4HANA (S4) preferred.

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner OEM – Global to join our team, in Peachtree City, GA (hybrid).

As a Finance Business Partner to the business, you will provide financial leadership, actionable insights, and decision‑making support to help drive profitable growth across the Global OEM business. You will collaborate closely with commercial and operational leaders to shape strategy, optimize performance, manage risks and support key business initiatives through robust financial analysis and planning.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $125,445.00 – $167,260.00 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
