As the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will own the daily Order-to-Cash operations process, supporting global revenue accounting and revenue close processes. You will ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reportability of customer, opportunity, and subscription information. You will collaborate with other teams to create a scalable order-to-cash process and report to the Manager - Revenue Ops.

The Impact You Will Have

• Analyze signed contracts and completed orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Ensure usage integrity through reconciliations and validation checks.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, Collections, Legal, and Revenue teams, becoming an expert in order-to-cash policies.
• Create detailed records in financial systems to support billing, commissions, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Design and implement scalable order-to-cash processes, identifying areas for improvement and system enhancements.
• Document policies and processes; assist with automation initiatives.
• Perform month-end accounting and reporting activities.
• Develop documentation for new and existing business models.
• Manage special projects and provide audit support.
• Assist with system implementations and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare reports and metrics for management review.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of operational accounting experience in a SaaS technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with IT, sales, contracts, and order operations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, and willingness to learn internal tools.
• Experience creating efficient order-to-cash processes with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups, formulas).
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Database & SQL experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CPQ tools or billing platforms like Zuora is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks offers a fair compensation package, with a base salary range of $111,800—$171,500 USD, depending on various factors including experience and location. The total package may include bonuses, equity, and benefits. For more details, visit our benefits page.
