Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager for Small Business Banking in San Diego.

You will manage a portfolio of large and complex small business clients, serving as the main contact and driving growth through tailored banking solutions and cross-selling across our product suite. The role emphasizes deep understanding of client needs, interview-driven insights, and ongoing enhancements to processes and services to improve client experience and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of banking experience.

• Manages a portfolio and pipeline of large and complex small business banking relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact with assigned small business clients, both existing and prospective.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships through cross-selling other bank products and services.
