You will collect applications, assess risk, liaise with Relationship Managers, manage email and cases, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML.

Partner with Relationship Managers and collaborate with internal partners to ensure exceptional client experience.Perform due diligence on new small business deposit account applications, to asses risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations.Manage the external email inbox for Small Business Banking and resolve/respond as needed and or assign the email to the Relationship Manager for the relationship.
