Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a 12 month fixed-term Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team. You will recruit across Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting, impacting USA, Canada, and Mexico.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and English and represents the OpenTable employment brand. You will drive the full cycle recruitment process, advocate for candidate experience and diversity, and partner with hiring managers across functions to build a strong talent

• Pipeline talent for future roles.

About The Job

In this role, you will be instrumental in recruiting fresh talent across multiple departments, including Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting. You will have a tangible impact on our business by acting as a brand ambassador, driving the full cycle recruitment process, and passionately advocating for candidate experience and diversity and inclusion.
This position will focus on recruiting for roles across USA, Canada, and Mexico, and we are seeking someone who is bilingual in both Spanish and English.

• 5 or more years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking
• Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously.
• Demonstrable track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high volume sprints, specifically in the intern or new grad environment
• Experience hiring in Mexico
• Creative and results-oriented mindset focused on building positive relationships.
• Adaptability and flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to communicate, interact, and negotiate effectively with a variety of internal clients and external candidates.
