Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent for critical roles in a fast-growing semiconductor-related company.

The ideal candidate will own sourcing strategies, drive a positive candidate experience, maintain data integrity in our ATS, and contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business, HR, or related field.
• Experience with ATS via UltiPro or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the local Texas talent market and trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies using networking, direct recruiting, referrals, and platforms like LinkedIn and JobStreet.

UCT is looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join us in Austin, TX.

The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner, managing full-cycle recruitment to attract and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. This role builds strong relationships with business leaders, develops diverse sourcing strategies, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience. The position drives proactive recruiting efforts, maintains data integrity, and contributes to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing consultative support on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies using networking, direct recruiting, referrals, and platforms such as LinkedIn and JobStreet.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.
• Stay informed on local talent market trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks.
• Support and execute talent acquisition strategies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in special projects to enhance recruiting practices and employer branding.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Advanced sourcing skills for active and passive candidates, with expertise in offer negotiation and closing strategies.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and applicant tracking systems (e.g., UltiPro or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to navigate changing business needs.

Education, Certifications, Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience inBusiness, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
