Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with business leaders to attract top talent for a fast-growing semiconductor environment. You will build strong relationships, develop diverse sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

You will manage candidate data in UltiPro, stay informed on market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, HR or related field required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing consultative support on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for assigned roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies using networking, direct recruiting, referrals, and platforms such as LinkedIn and JobStreet.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers, HR, and business leaders.
• Stay informed on local talent market trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks.
• Support and execute talent acquisition strategies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in special projects to enhance recruiting practices and employer branding.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and applicant tracking systems (e.g., UltiPro or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to navigate changing business needs.

Education, Certifications, Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience inBusiness, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
