TrueBlue Internal in Rochester, NY is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to support PeopleScout’s RPO clients with full-cycle recruiting and ongoing client service.

You will implement staffing strategies, source and screen high volumes of candidates, and partner with hiring managers to optimize candidate experiences. In this fast-paced, process-driven environment you will maintain ATS data integrity, lead update calls, and pursue improvement initiatives while delivering exceptional service and meeting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• OFCCP experience preferred.
• Strong partnership and consultative skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent judgment and prioritization.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service delivery and presentation skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to support positive candidate experiences and strong working relationships.
• Lead weekly update calls with managers to provide search updates and design action plans.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data integrity.
• Follow established staffing processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Proactively pursue new avenues to attract candidates and improve processes.
• Provide heavy client services responsibilities, including daily information and candidate data tracking.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate results to clients.
• Resolve problems and participate in client meetings to maintain satisfaction.

• Lead typically weekly update calls with managers to provide search updates, review challenges, and design action plans
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data integrity
• Follow established staffing processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable compliance standards
• Proactively pursue new avenues to attract candidates
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
• Use strong judgment to prioritize work, manage multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
• Provide heavy client services responsibilities, including daily information and candidate data tracking
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide information to the client as needed
• Resolve problems and participate in client meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recent full-cycle recruitment experience
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience required
• OFCCP experience preferred
• Strong partnership and consultative skills

• Excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects, and meet objectives

Compensation
