ALSO. is seeking a Sr Manager, Real Estate & Workplace to lead our Palo Alto HQ portfolio across office, R&D labs, and retail spaces.

The role coordinates with IT, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Insurance, People, and other stakeholders to drive space strategy and project delivery. Onsite 3-5 days a week, this executive will own governance, vendor management, and critical space initiatives while ensuring financial discipline and data-driven decisions for a fast-paced, high-tech

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive real estate, workplace, or facilities operations experience, with leadership scope.
• Track record leading teams and operating as a trusted deputy to executives.
• Ability to partner across IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Purchasing and communicate with AHJs to executives.
• Working knowledge of commercial leases, vendor contracts, and budget/financial management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Real Estate & Workplace team and manage end-to-end portfolio projects and occupancy data.
• Own headcount and occupancy analysis to drive space strategy and capacity models.
• Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and RFPs; manage leases end-to-end with Legal and Risk.
