Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Manager for Real Estate and Workplace Services Strategic Initiatives to lead cross-functional programs, including AI-enabled initiatives, across global teams. The role requires managing multiple workstreams, driving operational excellence, and shaping the future of our physical workplace.

Location: San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL. Hybrid: 3 days in office. You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in end-to-end Real Estate project management or strategic/innovation program management.
• Experience aligned with Values & Behaviors for the role.
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong business discernment.
• Ability to develop dashboard reporting to monitor financial and operational performance against budgets and benchmarks.
• Experience leading internal approval processes and managing approval timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive ambiguous projects to achieve the stated strategic objective.
• Be a trusted partner to REWS and cross-functional partners, obtaining approvals and influencing key decisions across the organization.
• Leverage project management tools to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Effectively manage project budgets, including vendor and partner costs for capital-intensive projects.
• Create and maintain positive relationships across REWS and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Execute strategic scenario planning and analysis to inform critical decisions.
• Develop and present executive-level presentations as a storyteller with cross-functional input.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for stakeholders.
• Support change management strategies to maximize adoption of changes.
• Address issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Lead initiatives at the intersection of AI, innovation, and workplace strategy.
