What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct daily audits of RCM accounts worked by staff to ensure compliance with QA policies and procedures
• Document and maintain QA findings, producing monthly summary reports for management
• Communicate quality deficiencies to staff and provide educational feedback
• Identify common errors and deficiencies, reporting them to management for process improvement
• Assist in the training of new staff on QA policies and procedures
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Five (5) + years of related RCM QA audit experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of RCM billing systems
• Strong computer skills, including multitasking across multiple screens
• Associate degree in RHIT preferred
