GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for aSr. Benefits Specialist.This is a full-time, benefitted position and for this role, you can work 100% remotely. This position supports our LTG organization which acquired GP Strategies Corporation in 2021.
Job Summary:
The US Sr. Benefits Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities for all benefits program administration for US and Canada. This will include all benefits and retirement programs, including self-funded medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, COBRA, FSA/HSA, 401(k) plan, leave of absences, ADA, workers compensation and voluntary benefit plans.
We are looking for a top performer to support our LTG organization as part of our shared service offering with GP Strategies Corporation (acquired by LTG). We need someone who can adapt and manage multiple priorities efficiently, while understanding the positive impact of their role to the overall organization. The ideal candidate is one who demonstrates a strong knowledge of benefits processes with an attention to detail, absolute discretion and strong collaboration skills.
