Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for a high performer and skilled Salesforce QA with Service Cloud focus to join our Business Systems team in Bangalore. As part of our dynamic and growing IT center of excellence, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud configurations, integrations, and features.
You will play a key role in: Ensuring that Salesforce Service Cloud and related tools deliver exceptional quality and performance for end-user satisfaction. You will be responsible for testing and validating configurations, integrations, and workflows while proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform Salesforce platform Quality Assurance testing across Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ with Billing, and Financial Force managed packages, including API integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-application teams to continuously improve end-to-end processes across sprint grooming, planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze and recreate defects during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are documented and resolved effectively.
- Proactively identify quality risks and help remove obstacles to release, ensuring the smooth delivery of updates and features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance QA processes across Salesforce and connected applications.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and documentation to drive efficiency and measurable results.
- Extend successful QA processes to other business applications as required.
- Participate in retrospectives and provide valuable feedback for process optimization.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for Service Cloud functionality.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, contributing input on product functionality, design, and usability.

What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in Salesforce QA testing with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Proven track record as a QA Engineer or similar role with expertise in functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with business applications such as Salesforce (CRM), Finance (NetSuite), and Integrations (Dell Boomi), SAP SuccessFactors, Varicent.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and experience in Jira for Agile/ Scrum project execution.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
