About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Architect (IC 4) to lead and improve Dispel’s automation testing efforts. You will own complex testing challenges, architect and develop advanced automation frameworks, and create comprehensive automated test suites. Collaborating across teams, mentoring junior members, and ensuring our platform meets high-quality standards through automation are key responsibilities.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Design, develop, and optimize automation testing frameworks supporting multiple product lines.
  2. Create and maintain automated test scripts ensuring efficiency and quality.
  3. Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing processes.
  4. Work with teams to resolve QA challenges, ensuring accessibility and effective training.
  5. Mentor junior QA team members on automation best practices.
  6. Handle complex testing issues independently, ensuring high standards.
  7. Ensure frameworks are scalable, reusable, and aligned with security and performance goals.
