Innova Solutions is hiring a Sr. Python AI Engineer for a 12+ month contract in San Francisco, CA. The role is hybrid onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

You will develop and scale AI agents to automate marketing campaigns, focusing on Python, microservices, and backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong Python engineering skills, experience with microservices, MongoDB, and agentic AI frameworks/LLMs, plus a track record in high-availability systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python software engineering.
• Microservices architecture and API development/integration experience.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and large language models.
• Strong background in backend development, REST API creation, and distributed systems.
• Expertise in FastAPI, AsyncIO, multiprocessing, and performance optimization.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Python AI Engineer Position type: Contract (12+ months) Location: San Francisco, CA Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week)

As a Sr. Python AI Engineer, you will:

Play a pivotal role in developing and scaling groundbreaking Agentic AI solutions within the Consumer Technology Marketing Technology organization.

Passionate about building large-scale, microservices-based AI applications, love tackling complex technical challenges, and want to contribute to strategic initiatives that are shaping the future of marketing automation.

Primarily focus on coding, supporting, and enhancing AI agents that automate and orchestrate marketing campaigns.

Collaborate closely with a talented team, own technical development from start to finish, and make a tangible impact on one of the bank's most strategic projects.

We are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar positions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Python software engineering
• Experience in Microservices architecture and API development/integration
• Experience in working with MongoDB
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and large language models
• Strong background in backend development, REST API creation, and distributed systems
• Expertise in FastAPI, AsyncIO, multiprocessing, and performance optimization
• Proven ability to design and develop high-availability, fault-tolerant systems

Pay Range*: Between $75 - $80 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
