Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sr. Proximity Marketing to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 plus bonus, with no visa sponsorship available. The role requires leadership in canvassing and marketing activities across Florida, including travel and field coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Minimum of 5 years of canvassing experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to understand marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Florida

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of agents to achieve performance targets
• Oversee all field operations including training, role-playing, and team development
• Promote a positive team culture through modeling professional behaviors and best practices
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure compliance with procedures and customer service standards
• Recruit, hire, and train agents using effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruitment teams
• Partner with marketing leaders to develop and manage budgets aimed at lead generation
• Track, report, and enter marketing data accurately and timely
• Manage administrative functions like route mapping, territory tracking, and permit coordination
• Communicate target neighborhoods and communities for marketing efforts
• Prepare and adjust performance forecasts and budgets to meet lead goals
• Plan and approve canvassing territories, ensuring permits and regulations are followed
• Provide in-field coaching through observation, role-playing, and script testing
• Review leads for quality and compliance, using data to identify improvement areas
• Collaborate regularly with sales leadership to improve field cooperation and transition of leads
• Ensure safe and professional use of vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Develop staffing plans that accommodate weather, absences, and attrition
