Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of canvassing experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to understand marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of agents to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee all field operations including training, role-playing, and team development.
• Promote a positive team culture through modeling professional behaviors and best practices.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure compliance with procedures and customer service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train agents using effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruitment teams.
• Partner with marketing leaders to develop and manage budgets aimed at lead generation.
• Track, report, and enter marketing data accurately and timely.
• Manage administrative functions like route mapping, territory tracking, and permit coordination.
• Communicate target neighborhoods and communities for marketing efforts.
• Prepare and adjust performance forecasts and budgets to meet lead goals.
• Plan and approve canvassing territories, ensuring permits and regulations are followed.
• Provide in-field coaching through observation, role-playing, and script testing.
• Review leads for quality and compliance, using data to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate regularly with sales leadership to improve field cooperation and transition of leads.
• Ensure safe and professional use of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Develop staffing plans that accommodate weather, absences, and attrition.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Proximity Marketing to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $70,000 – $80,000 + bonus (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.
