The role emphasizes training, coaching, and collaboration with Sales to ensure strong handoffs and compliant operations within a remote-friendly, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 5+ years of canvassing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to think strategically and manage projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Oversee field operations, training, role-playing, and team development.
• Maintain a positive team culture with professional standards.
• Monitor performance and coach for compliance with procedures and scripts.
• Recruit, hire, and train Proximity Agents with Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with marketing to manage an annual budget for leads and appointments.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in the corporate database.
• Coordinate routing, territory tracking, permits, and lead verification.
