The primary purpose of this position is to plan and execute special projects across the commercial portfolio to meet the changing needs of the LSS Lines of Service (LOS) and to optimize the commercial real estate footprint. Typical duties include developing a scope of work based on LOS goals and budget, creating detailed plans and schedules, supporting LOS activities related to the project, obtaining bids, managing vendors, providing work direction, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
