About The Role:

As a CBRE Sr Property Manager, you will lead all aspects of a complex property or multi-owner portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will oversee marketing, operations, and financial activities.

This role is within the Property Management function, responsible for operating buildings on behalf of clients or groups.

What You'll Do:

  1. Supervise staff: Provide formal supervision, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, mentor team, and oversee recruitment.
  2. Tenant relations: Respond to tenant needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure services comply with policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  3. Property inspections and maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, recommend or approve repairs, and supervise vendor services.
  4. Leasing activities: Market and lease properties, qualify and show spaces, negotiate leases and renewals, and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  5. Client communication: Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives are met, and prepare reports.
  6. Budget management: Develop and control budgets, forecast plans, and explain variances.
  7. Financial management: Collect rent, pay expenses, prepare legal notices, and coordinate legal actions if necessary.
  8. Rent and CAM reconciliation: Review and reconcile tenant rent and CAM charges.
  9. Lease negotiations: Negotiate early lease terminations, analyze leases, and document settlements.
  10. Support property sales: Oversee due diligence and monitor broker activity.
  11. Business development: Build relationships through professional and civic participation.
