Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and referrals; show units.
• Manage finances: collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, take corrective actions.
• Maintain property: resolve tenant complaints; enforce occupancy rules; inspect and repair units; plan renovations; manage landscaping and snow removal.
• Ensure security: maintain devices and policies; respond to emergencies.
• Drive improvement: own tasks and explore value-added opportunities.
• Prepare reports: collect, analyze, summarize data.

Sr. Floating Property Manager (Manufactured Housing Community)

Must have 4-7 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management Experience

In search for an experienced multifamily community manager for one of our Manufactured Housing communities. We are a rapidly growing company with multiple advancement opportunities for the right individual. The Property manager will focus primarily on community management, resident retention/relations, and daily operations for a number of locations. You will both sell and rent homes as well as leasing lots for those who purchase outside of our company and want to be a part of our family. The best candidate will be extremely personable, detailed, and task oriented; along with being committed to excellent customer service! We are looking for the right, long-term professional and experienced Property Manager.

INTERNAL REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(S)

POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
• Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
