Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a Sr. Floating Property Manager to oversee Manufactured Housing Community assets in Illinois.

The role requires 4–7 years in multi-family property management and a strong focus on resident relations, leasing, and daily operations across multiple locations. You will manage leasing of homes and lots, drive tenant retention, coordinate maintenance, and ensure exceptional customer service.

In search for an experienced multifamily community manager for one of our Manufactured Housing communities. We are a rapidly growing company with multiple advancement opportunities for the right individual. The Property manager will focus primarily on community management, resident retention/relations, and daily operations for a number of locations. You will both sell and rent homes as well as leasing lots for those who purchase outside of our company and want to be a part of our family. The best candidate will be extremely personable, detailed, and task oriented; along with being committed to excellent customer service! We are looking for the right, long-term professional and experienced Property Manager.

INTERNAL REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(S)

POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS Help Community Managers with the following:

• · Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
• · Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• · Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
• · Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• · Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• · Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• · Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
