Flagship Communities REIT is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. The role focuses on community management, resident relations, and daily operations, including selling and renting homes and leasing lots for buyers outside the company.

The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service. The position requires 2-5 years of property management experience and offers opportunities for advancement.

We are a rapidly growing company with multiple advancement opportunities for the right individual. The Property manager will focus primarily on community management, resident retention/relations, and daily operations. You will both sell and rent homes as well as leasing lots for those who purchase outside of our company and want to be a part of our family. The best candidate will be extremely personable, detailed, and task oriented; along with being committed to excellent customer service! INTERNAL REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(S)

POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
• Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
