Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• 12+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater preferred
• Professional Engineering Licensure required
• Self-motivated and dynamic individual
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading engineering/design teams
• Project management experience, including managing and growing a design team
• Strong technical knowledge in water/wastewater design
• Experience with contract management, billing, and workload planning
• Ability and passion for business development and client relationship management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
• 9-14 years of professional experience
• Professional certification preferred
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks may be required

Performance Expectations

• Complete annual training
• Mentor and train staff
• Develop customer relationships and identify new projects
• Ensure project safety and compliance
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope
• Prepare reports and project documentation
• Conduct site visits and technical reviews
• Serve as project or task manager as assigned
