Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater
• Professional Engineering Licensure required
• Highly self-motivated and dynamic
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading engineering/design teams
• Project management experience, including managing and growing a design team
• Strong technical knowledge in water/wastewater design
• Experience with contract management, billing, and workload planning
• Ability to develop new business and maintain local client contacts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• 9-14 years of professional experience
• Professional certification preferred
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks may be required

Performance Expectations

• Complete annual training
• Mentor and train staff

• Ensure project and safety compliance
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope
