Job summary

You will own and maintain integrated plans across business, IT, data, and testing; coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, and finance; and lead risk, issue, and action-item management to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain integrated project plans across business, IT, data, integrations, testing, change management.
• Track milestones, critical path items, dependencies, and delivery dates.
• Facilitate weekly planning sessions with workstream leads.
• Update executive dashboards and program status reports.
• Coordinate between Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Store Ops, Finance, Data & Analytics, IT Engineering, Vendors/System Integrators.
• Run RAID reviews and escalate blockers affecting timeline, budget, or scope.
• Meet with business stakeholders to review forecast model, data readiness, UAT, and replenishment changes.
• Manage inventory planning workstreams and rollout planning for planning platforms.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

Program & Project Planning

• Own and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams (business, IT, data, integrations, testing, change management).
• Track milestones, critical path items, dependencies, and delivery dates.
• Facilitate weekly planning sessions with workstream leads.
• Update executive dashboards and program status reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate between:

• Merchandising
• Supply Chain
• Inventory Planning
• Store Operations
• Finance
• Data & Analytics
• IT Engineering
• Vendors/System Integrators

• Align multiple PMs working on related initiatives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and escalation conflicts.

Risk, Issue, and Action Item Management

• Run RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) reviews.
• Escalate blockers affecting timeline, budget, or scope.
• Ensure action items have owners and due dates.
• Drive accountability across teams.

Meet with business stakeholders to:

• Review forecast model implementation progress.
• Track data readiness.
• Coordinate UAT activities.
• Align replenishment process changes.

Inventory Optimization Initiatives

• Manage inventory planning workstreams.
• Coordinate testing across stores, distribution centers, and planning teams.
• Oversee rollout planning and cutover activities.

Planning Platform Implementations

Activities include:

• Requirement workshops
• Design reviews
• Vendor management
• Integration discussions
• Deployment planning
