Job summary

Perfict in Manhattan, NYC seeks a Senior Project Manager/Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale Retail IT programs from planning through delivery in a hybrid onsite setting.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and communicate with executives, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to bring complex programs to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Senior Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Program Management.

• Proactively manage risks, issues, action items, decisions, and dependencies.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Facilitate project and program meetings, status reviews, and executive-level presentations.
• Provide clear and concise communication tailored to different audiences, from technical teams to senior executives.
• Collaborate with business, technology, product, and other program stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong experience supporting Retail IT Planning Systems and large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving program delivery, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

This role requires a hands‑on program leader who can operate effectively in a complex and fast‑paced environment, manage dependencies across teams, and bring structure and accountability to ambiguous situations.
